Where does Services content originate?
The IT Communications Office works with service owners throughout UITS to develop authoritative records for each IT service. Some additional information comes from Status.IU and Knowledge Management.
Who manages the content?
The IT Communications Office manages Services records, including writing all copy and maintaining canonical links to further information. Knowledge Management curates relevant support documents from CCore Knowledge.
What types of content does it include?
Services information includes descriptions and feature copy, links to URLs to application login, support documentation, or other web presence, as well as metadata about the status of a service.
Where is the content used?
CCore Services drives the new UITS Services Directory, currently in development. Future plans call for its use elsewhere within the new UITS website and integration with Status.IU.
